1. Educational Service & Simulated Accounts
Clear Route Funding LLC provides strictly educational services and evaluation programs for traders. All accounts provided during the evaluation phase and the funded stage are fully simulated environments. The funds displayed are virtual and hypothetical. You are never trading real capital on the live market via our evaluation platforms.
2. Assumed Risk and Indemnification
By using our platform, you acknowledge that futures trading carries a high degree of risk and can result in the loss of your entire initial evaluation fee. You agree to hold Clear Route Funding harmless from any potential financial losses that result from participating in our evaluation framework or using our educational resources.
3. Prohibited Trading Practices
We employ automated systems to monitor order paths. Engaging in High-Frequency Trading (HFT) arbitrage, latency arbitrage, or attempting to exploit the simulated feed is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate forfeiture of your account without refund.
4. Independent Contractor & Signal Provider Status
Upon successful completion of the evaluation and progressing to the funded stage, you act strictly as an Independent Contractor providing trading data and signals to Clear Route Funding LLC. You are not an employee, partner, or investor. Payouts distributed are legally classified as compensation for the trading data and signals you generate, not as a split of literal market profits.
5. Absolute Discretion and Right to Terminate
Clear Route Funding LLC reserves the absolute and sole right to terminate any account, at any stage, without prior notice or refund, if we determine the trader is engaging in toxic trading habits, gambling, violating our simulated risk parameters, or posing a risk to our overarching risk infrastructure. We reserve the right to deny payouts if trading activity is deemed manipulative or malicious.
6. Jurisdiction & Regulatory Disclaimer
Clear Route Funding LLC is not a broker-dealer, financial advisor, or registered investment entity. We do not solicit investments or handle live client capital. All services are strictly for educational and evaluation purposes. Use of this platform is void where prohibited by regional law or OFAC sanctions.
